Privacy Policy
Last updated: October 27, 2026
This Privacy Policy explains what information Dirt Pros of North Florida, LLC (“Dirt Pros”) (“we”, “us”) collects through thedirtpros.com, how we use it, and the choices you have. We keep it simple: we use your information to answer your request and do the work you ask us to do.
Information we collect
- What you send us. When you fill out a contact or quote form, we collect what you enter, such as your name, phone number, email address, project details, and your choices about text messages.
- Calls, texts and emails. If you call, text, or email us, we keep a record of the conversation and your contact details so we can follow up.
- Technical data. Like most websites, our servers and hosting provider automatically receive basic data such as your IP address, browser type, the page you came from, and the date and time of your visit. We use it for security, spam prevention, and to keep the site running.
How we use your information
- To respond to your request, prepare estimates, schedule and perform work, and send invoices.
- To contact you by phone, text message, or email about your request or project.
- To send occasional offers or updates, only if you opted in. You can opt out at any time.
- To protect the site and our customers from spam, fraud, and abuse.
- To meet legal, tax, and accounting obligations.
Text messages (SMS) and phone calls
If you give us your phone number and agree to be contacted, we may call or text you about your request. Calls and texts may be sent using automated technology. Consent to marketing texts is never required to get a quote or buy from us. Message frequency varies, and message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to any text to stop receiving texts, or HELP for help, or call (904) 502-2333.
We do not sell, rent, or share your mobile phone number or text-messaging consent with third parties or affiliates for their marketing purposes.
Cookies and analytics
We use Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics to understand how visitors use the site (for example, which pages are viewed and whether a form was sent). These tools may set cookies or similar identifiers in your browser and are run by their providers under their own privacy policies (for Google, see policies.google.com/privacy). You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings; the site still works without them.
Who we share information with
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers that help us run the business (for example, website hosting, email, phone and text-messaging providers, and spreadsheet or office software), only as needed to do that work; with subcontractors or suppliers when needed to complete your project; or when required by law or to protect our rights.
How long we keep it
We keep your information as long as needed to respond to you, complete and support your project, and meet legal, tax, and accounting requirements, and then delete it.
Security
We use reasonable safeguards, such as encrypted (HTTPS) connections and access-controlled accounts, to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure.
Your choices
- Ask us what information we have about you, or ask us to correct or delete it.
- Opt out of texts by replying STOP, and out of marketing emails using the unsubscribe link or by emailing us.
Children
This site is meant for adults and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
Changes
We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top shows when it last changed.
